Today, I have three Easter Shaker cards using my 'Colourful Easter' collection. For the shaker elements I used some sequins from my stash that I have for many years now and I like how they move inside these cards. I used a svg file from Creative Fabrica and I made a few adjustments to change the Easter egg into a shaker card.

QUICK Art Deco cards / Experiment with different composition styles #relativelythoughtful

Today, I have 3 super quick cards in Art Deco style. I love this art style and I wanted to share with you some of the ideas I've had.

I used the best Art Deco collection from Relatively Thoughtful 'Art Deco 1920's style' and I challenged myself with just a few design papers, I think that really helps with trying something new.

I used a free gift from Simply Cards & Papercraft issue 241 called 'Botanical Wishes'. This stencil is perfect for so many techniques, I decided to use to create a shaped shaker card.

Today, I have three cards with tiny tulips (layering cutting dies). The embossing folder and the dies were a free gift with Simply Cards and Papercraft issue 213. My challenge was to use primary colours for my cards.

I used a variety of techniques including ink blending, embossing on acetate and making a shaker card.

Layered rose die cuts cards

I hope you have a great day! It's proper summer in the UK, therefore it's great time to make some cards with flowers.

I had a look at my stash and found this die set that I haven't used in a very long time, it was a free gift with one of the cardmaking magazines few years ago. This die set from Altenew is brilliant for any occasion card and I made 3 cards for a variety of events.

If you have any layered die set, I would like to see your beautiful creations with it.
