Diwali cards with alcohol ink backgrounds

Today I have a YouTube tutorial with Diwali cards. It is a very special and beautiful celebration and I tried to use the traditional colours for this set. I used alcohol inks by Spectrum Noir to create backgrounds for the cards.

Today, I have 3 Sunflower cards using the craft magazine 'John Next Door - Autumn Special' issue 63.

I used a variety of techniques including ink blending, embossing on acetate and making a shaker card.

Today, I have some special birthday cards I created using Rococo Frames dies from Crafters Companion and rose dies and stamps for the flowers.

I loved the ink blending technique on both the backgrounds and the flowers.

Nameday butterfly card

I hope you have a great day, the weather in the UK is perfect for crafting today. 

Therefore, I made this nameday card using the butterfly stamp from Card Making Magic, I heat embossed them and die cut, I used ZIG markers to colour them in.
